Summer Camp Spanish Assistant

June 22, 2026 - August 14, 2026

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Spanish Teacher/Activity Leader to support our STEAM & Language Immersion Enrichment Program for children ages 5–9. This role involves preparing daily activities, supervising children, supporting small-group learning, helping with transitions, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for all participants.

Days: Weekdays June 22, 2026 - August 14, 2026

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (we are open to part-time if you are not available for all these hours/days)

Location: Pearls Academy, Sterling VA

Pay rate: $15-$20/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Note: This will be paid through a formal payroll system- work authorization required.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking and engaging in Spanish with children
• Supporting children during activities, play, meals, and transitions
• Assisting with arts & crafts, games, and enrichment activities
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space
• Providing positive guidance and supervision at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with children/childcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification
