Created by a mom who understands the struggle of finding high value (and fun!) after school care...
As a working mom with an elementary-school aged child, Yomna Sarhan quickly recognized the lack of quality after school care for kids.
Not only can after school programs have impossible waitlists, they are expensive and are a form of group babysitting that do not add value to kids.
After conversations with parents who share the same struggle, Yomna was committed to solving this issue.
She joined forces with seasoned education and language professionals and created L-Lab: where after school is not an afterthought.
Rooted in play-based learning, we are intentional in using the critical after school hours to develop the whole child.
Targeting ages 5-9, we use creative and researched methods to create a personalized learning experience for each child. Our programs are more than language learning: they teach children foundational skills that feed their emotional intelligence and enhance their communication skills.
