• Summer Camp Positions

    June 22, 2026 - August 21, 2026

    Our summer camp serves children aged 5-13 and offers a dynamic blend of STEM exploration, language immersion, creative arts, sports, and leadership development in a fun, nurturing environment. We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic team members who are passionate about working with children and creating meaningful, engaging experiences.

    Days: Weekdays June 22, 2026 - August 21, 2026

    Hours: 7:00am-6:30pm

    We’re happy to work with your availability—whether you’re open to full days or select days/hours

    Location: Sterling (20166) or Chantilly (20152) *hiring for two camp locations*

    Pay rate: $17–$25 per hour for all staff roles (based on experience)

    Part-time internships are unpaid; full-time interns receive a stipend

    Note: US work authorization required.

    1. Internships

    Tracks available:

    • Marketing & Social Media (hybrid)
    • Early Childhood Education/Development (hybrid)
    • Finance (fully remote)
    • Human Resources (fully remote)
    • STEM (in-person)
    • Junior Camp Leader (in-person)

    2. Sports & Movement Coach

    • Plan and lead age-appropriate sports, games, and movement-based activities
    • Teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and basic athletic skills
    • Ensure safe play and proper use of equipment
    • Keep campers actively engaged and included

    3. Camp Counselor/Enrichment Leader

    • Lead daily camp activities
    • Ensure camper safety & engagement
    • Foster creativity, curiosity, and group participation
    • Support transitions and maintain energy throughout the day
    • Assist in special events (field trips, water days, etc...)

    3. STEM Activity Lead

    • Design and lead hands-on STEM activities that spark curiosity
    • Facilitate interactive STEM lessons
    • Encourage critical thinking and exploration
    • Prepare materials and manage activity setup/cleanup
    • Adapt activities for different learning styles and abilities

    4. Creative Arts Leader

    • Plan and lead arts & crafts activities tied to weekly themes
    • Encourage creativity and self-expression
    • Manage materials and maintain an organized creative space

    All team members are expected to:

    • Ensure camper safety at all times (physically, emotionally, and socially)
    • Actively engage with children—no passive supervision
    • Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment
    • Demonstrate strong group management skills
    • Maintain professionalism with campers, families, and staff
    • Be reliable, punctual, and proactive
    • Attend mandatory pre-camp training
    • Undergo Virginia Department of Education background checks
