After School Spanish Teacher Application

January - June 2026

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Spanish Teacher/Activity Leader to support our STEAM & Language Immersion Enrichment Program for children ages 5–9. This role involves preparing daily activities, supervising children, supporting small-group learning, helping with transitions, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for all participants.

Days: 2-3 weekdays, flexibility on the exact days

Hours: 3:00pm-6:00pm

Location: Pearls Academy: 23521 Overland Dr Suite 165, Sterling, VA 20166

Pay rate: $18-$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Note: This will be paid through a formal payroll system- work authorization required.

Responsibilities include:

• Support children during activities, play, meals, and transitions
• Lead arts & crafts, games, and enrichment activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space
• Provide positive guidance and supervision at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with children/childcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification
